More background:
The issue is that HAllocate always tries to allocate FAST_ELEMENTS backing
stores in new space, exceeding the MaxRegularSpaceAllocationSize limit.
Quick fix: limit FAST_ELEMENTS to 95K (instead of previously 100K). See
https://codereview.chromium.org/22877039.
Real fix: in HAllocate, check allocation size against that limit and fall
back to large object space if necessary. Any volunteers for this?
