LGTM, I guess.
It saddens me that we need this, but flakiness due to timeouts saddens me
too...
Keep an eye on the Mozilla tests. Some of them actually expect to time out
(and
are considered failures when they don't), they'll keep the bots busy for as
long
as the test timeout allows them.
