IndempotentPointerToHandleCodeTrampoline is a hack that "fixes" fragile
non-handlified functions for the cases, introduced with implementation of
Object.observe, where a GC can be triggered.
This hack should not be needed; all code paths reaching into GC-tiggering
functions should be properly handlified.
