This is an alternate implementation of
https://codereview.chromium.org/24233003/, which cleans up some
MIPS-specific
argument slot allocation, which was unnecessarily done twice in that
previous
CL. Ideally, this would be a new patchset on that CL, but Balázs is out sick
currently, so I'll commit this as is.
