Using https://github.com/defanor/threefish-1024.js and Chromium browser on
Linux, I'm having an issue with [].concat.apply([], arr)
Specifically, it does not work on big arrays (using it to encrypt an
uploaded file)
same task worked well in Carakan and JägerMonkey
I've been encrypting a large file of approximately 100MB in size
There should be a way to optimize the .apply() function.
