Yes, you're right, the check should be ASSERT(code_age <=
Code::kLastCodeAge).
This was a mistake in the original CL I wrote. There was no recording of
code_age before that CL, and all the other ASSERT remain as they did before
refactoring, so this should be the only change required. I've uploaded a
CL at https://codereview.chromium.org/61863002 which should fix this.
