Thanks for the report!
I think it's fine the way it is. Both checks work essentially the same,
assigning a value of type S to type T, checking that S is a subtype of T.
The difference is that TYPE_CHECK is defined and exposed in include/v8.h,
whereas the check in handles.h is in internal code (namespace v8::internal).
