Note that I've changed the title of this bug. Dmitry & Andreas both feel
that Suite 262 currently isn't an appropriate structure for good acceptance
tests.
After discussing, Dmitry & I agreed that the mjs/harmony tests currently in
V8 should serve as the basis for acceptance tests, and that the next step
was for him to review those tests. Thus the ownership of this bug is now
assigned to Dmitry.
