Uploaded a new patch that excludes Android.
I could rewrite the checks to `#if defined(CLOCK_REALTIME_COARSE)` and `#if
defined(CLOCK_MONOTONIC_COARSE)` so Android gets them for free if/when it
adds
clock_getres/clock_gettime support.
