As mentioned in the

Eventhough Complete V8 engine is not supported on windows phone 8 due to
existing restrictions from microsoft. Is it possible to implement a
stripped down version of V8 with following requirements for windows phone 8.
1. no need of eval expression.
2. javascript code is static. code won't change after building the app.

P.S. we are already using WebBrowser with ScriptNotify event to execute JS
code but facing threading issue (We need JS to be run in background thread
but WebBrowser runs only on UI thread) and GC issues.
