Have you got a patch for the change as simply removing the following lines from platform-win32.cc does not seem to work for me

#define _TRUNCATE 0
#define STRUNCATE 80

inline void MemoryBarrier() {
  int barrier = 0;
  __asm__ __volatile__("xchgl %%eax,%0 ":"=r" (barrier));
