Hi guys, this is in progress, but ready to be plugged in when we can
deliver a
site via register. It should probably only create mementos when
FLAG_pretenuring_call_new is on.
Description:
Support in JSConstructStub for allocating objects with mementos. It
still needs to be called appropriately, with an AllocationSite in a
register.
