New issue 3042 by [email protected]: Math.tan(Math.PI/2) returns Infinity

Since Math.PI/2 differs from the mathematical pi/2 by a finite amount,
Math.tan(Math.PI/2) cannot be infinity.
I think this is caused by Math.cos(Math.PI/2) incorrectly returning 0.
