More API cleanup.
* Removed String::Empty, Number::New, Integer::New,
Integer::NewFromUnsigned,
FunctionTemplate::New and Object::New without Isolate* parameter.
* Removed Integer::New and Integer::NewUnsigned with weird argument order.
Chrome CLs matching this change are prepared, BTW.
