Hey Ulan,
This is basically the original CL
(https://codereview.chromium.org/106453003/)
plus the build fix from https://codereview.chromium.org/122523003/ but I
fixed
the snapshot to not include pregenerated versions of the BinaryOpIC stub for
strings, which fails in nosnap mode (looks like some heap page limit is
reached,
will investigate next week when the GC guys are back).
