New issue 3099 by utatane.tea: next(value) call to newly created generator
should throw TypeError

According to the rev20 draft 25.3.3.2-7, when calling
`generator.next(value)` with a value that is not undefined, it's expected
TypeError is thrown.
function * gen() { }
var g = gen();
g.next(42); // expected => throwing TypeError, actual => { value:
undefined, done: true }
