New issue 3105 by [email protected]: Not possible to build x64 target
on a Windows 32-bit host

Due to the snapshot feature it's not possible to build Windows x64 target
using Visual Studio, when building on a 32-bit Windows machine.
It tries to execute mksnapshot built for x64. Even when
adding "-Dv8_use_snapshot=false" it will try to build and execute
mksnapshot (and of course fail, since it's compiled for 64-bit on a 32-bit
machine)
