As found by issue
https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=343928, there is
debugger code that doesn't understand JSFunctions with a GlobalContext, as
can happen in harmony scoping.
The utility function JSObject::ReferencesObject() needs to be able to walk
into a context extension() that is a ScopeInfo object, searching for a
reference.
