assume SSI, but we have only "adhoc SSI in random places"

The range information on values can depends on conditions, which is
incompatible with our "sometimes SSI, but not really SSI"-graph. For
example, the following function illustrates the issue:
function ModIRightCanBeZero() {
var x = 0;
for (var i = -1; i <= 0; ++i) x = (2 % i) | 0;
return x;
}
This will crash right ahead when optimized.
