New issue 3209 by [email protected]: ASSERT(shift_op != ROR || shift_imm != 0) in src/arm/assembler-arm.cc fires
http://code.google.com/p/v8/issues/detail?id=3209

On an unreleased cros ARM platform the ASSERT from $SUMMARY triggers reliably on https://apprtc.appspot.com/?debug=loopback in a Debug build of chrome on a test R35-5582.0.0 image.

In https://code.google.com/p/v8/issues/detail?id=3112#c8 rodolph.perfetta said "the assert is wrong" but I don't know any of this code so can't speak to what should be done. It would just be nice if Debug builds were usable with manually commenting out the ASSERT :) (manually commenting out the ASSERT left me with a perfectly-working Chrome, FWIW)
