After offline discussion, LGTM if we need this.
Note that I recently removed the GCC_VERSION specification from regular
Xcode
settings, so that whatever the installed Xcode version is can choose itself
what
it wants to use. I'd kinda prefer to keep it that way, but I understand
that for
Xcode versions shipping both GCC and clang we have to specify which one we
want.
