"true" is an immortal singleton, it is never collected. The memory use
you're observing is from internal data structures of the weak map, which
are not freed, only emptied.
If you modify your test case to use values of significant size (e.g. "new
Array(1000)", reduce the iteration count to a couple thousand), you'll
observe very clearly that the memory is freed as soon as the keys go away.
