Message:
For x32, we could not use intptr_t for the delta as the whole address space
is
64-bit and only addresses in [0, 4G) are valid. We should treat the address
as
the first 32-bit are zero before calculating delta.
Description:
Return int64_t instead of intptr_t for RootRegisterDelta and support x32 as
well.
