Looks like the version I was using was prior to 20658. I'm not seeing this
on bleeding_edge at anymore. But I don't think that this was the bug. As
such the bug can be closed and I'll open another one if it starts failing
again.
What I was seeing was intermittent and possibly tied to the code generation.
Attached are two abbreviated traces from when the page loaded correctly and
when it failed.
