This again bisects to r19001 "Remove CallICs". I ran the tests with
--no-concurrent-recompilation --stress-opt, but neither flag is actually
necessary.
The crash goes away (on bleeding_edge) with --no-use-inlining.
Since CallICs are responsible for providing information for inlining to
Crankshaft, this seems to be a reasonable suspect.
