HandleScope.Close() no longer exists and example will not compile.
Persistent.Dispose() no longer exists, and anyway Persistent handles now
work quite differently to other Local handles and need extra documentation.
AccessorInfo no longer exists and example will not compile.
Isolates are now required for many object constructors (e.g.
Integer::New(x)) and so examples will not compile. A discussion of
isolates and locking is needed.
