[Would be nice of course if Node could wean itself off this API entirely]
I was looking forward to moving to TypedArrays, once V8 allowed extending
natives, but now that the API's been changed so using pre-allocated memory
still requires a weak persistent handle make using TypedArray's over
SetIndexedPropertiesToExternalArrayData only more cumbersome.
