constructor broken

The Function constructor is on lollerskates and actually defines a
string-concatenation algorithm:
http://people.mozilla.org/~jorendorff/es6-draft.html#sec-function-p1-p2-pn-body
But the resulting function in this case is totally expected, as the goal
symbol is FunctionBody, and ""() is a valid FunctionBody. I would close
this as WorkingAsIntended.
