The short version: The code you posted above will not work in v8. v8 DOES NOT have any browser-side DOM functionality. That means it doesn't know what an Image is or what a Click is, or even what a script tag is. Please post your question in a group where HTML and _browser-based_ JavaScript are discussed. This group is for discussing the embedding of the v8 engine in custom C++ software.
