Hi Corey, Did you run the vcvarsall.bat before running the scons command?
I am not sure where this is located with VC2010, but if you follow the instructions on: http://code.google.com/p/v8/wiki/BuildingOnWindows and replace the path under "Using Visual Studio 2008" with what it is for your setup you might get it to work. In addition, there are some suggestions in the comments at the bottom of that page on what might work.
