Hi, I have configured my webkitgtk1.6.1 to use v8 as javascript engine. Its working fine. The sunspider bench mark is reporting clearly in x86 machine that v8 is more efficient than the traditional JSC. But if I compile and test same code for an ARM processor, I see that sunspider is reporting 1930 ms for V8, where as its reporting 1857 ms for JSC. I just wonder what could be the issue here. Why sunspider giving high score for V8 than JSC in ARM processor. I believe v8 code should be same for both x86 and ARM processors. Please can some one help why is this issue.
