No, there is no place where you could find a timeline for the Harmony
features that are not implemented yet. As with most software engineering
tasks, it's difficult to predict how long things will take. Also, for legal
reasons, we try to avoid commenting on events that will take place in the
future.

There are a number of bugs in our bug tracker that are tagged with
"Harmony": http://code.google.com/p/v8/issues/list?can=2&q=label%3Aharmony
But these do not claim to constitute a complete or accurate list of the
remaining work, and they do not have planned completion dates. (Their
status may also be out of date; the bug tracker is a development tool, not
an official statement.)
