Ok, finally figured it out, the correct line was :
g++ -Iinclude main.cpp -o hello_world
out/ia32.release/obj.target/tools/gyp/libv8_{base.ia32,snapshot,nosnapshot.ia32}.a
out/ia32.release/obj.host/third_party/icu/libicu{i18n,uc,data}.a -lrt
