Is there a EventQueue/TaskQueue in V8? If yes then is it Unbounded?. And suppose if it is unbounded then theoretically if a create of lots of events then it may Go OutOfMemory. I am asking this question because normally we use bounded queue. So that we could create back-pressure on the system instead crashing it.
