Other things you can try:
- update dependencies ("make dependencies" on *nix; manually according to
the instructions on our wiki page on Windows)
- nuke your build output directory and rebuild from scratch
- when switching between ia32 and x64 builds on Windows, it is sometimes
(always?) necessary to manually delete generated VS project files all over
the source treePatches welcome to make any of these steps easier / more automated. Most V8 developers avoid Windows whenever they can, so it's hard to find someone who's willing to sink time into this ;-) On Fri, Aug 8, 2014 at 12:35 AM, Flying Jester <[email protected]> wrote: > You either need to link with ICU or to disable it with the GYP flags ' > i18nsupport=off'. > > ICU support would be great, but V8's build seems to have pretty terrible > issues like this with it on every platform. > > -- > -- > v8-users mailing list > [email protected] > http://groups.google.com/group/v8-users > --- > You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups > "v8-users" group. > To unsubscribe from this group and stop receiving emails from it, send an > email to [email protected]. > For more options, visit https://groups.google.com/d/optout. > -- -- v8-users mailing list [email protected] http://groups.google.com/group/v8-users --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "v8-users" group.
