I'm not sure I understand the question - Persistent::Reset() doesn't take
an Isolate parameter or anything.
The only thing you have to ensure is that the Isolate itself still exists,
and isn't currently used on another thread.

no, however, it's not safe to access the Persistent handles after the
isolate was destroyed.
