The instructions on the wiki look accurate to me. If you have or have had multiple VS installations or have the Windows SDK installed, it's possible that GYP is picking up the wrong one. Specify `-G msvs_version=2013` on the command line or set `GYP_MSVS_VERSION=2013` in the environment.
