Hi folks,

I work on chromium and I'm making changes to how JS memory usage is being
reported by renderers. One question that's come up is whether there's a way
to query V8 for all JS memory usage (heap and used) within a process. Our
current approach is to go to each V8 embedding point and query the
Isolate(s). Is there a way to get the memory usage without querying each
Isolate explicitly? Alternatively, is the way to enumerate the isolates
within a process so I can query them without explicitly asking each point
that uses V8?

Thanks.
