LLVM is not a suitable replacement for Crankshaft, because it is far too
slow to be usable as a second tier jit compiler (JSC uses it as 4th tier).

Our replacement for Crankshaft is the new Turbofan compiler the V8 team is
currently working on, which we believe to be a much better fit for
JavaScript.
