This flag was just for debugging purposes. There's no way to add it back. If this is for Microsoft CRM 2011, you'll have to update to a more latest version of the CRM software. Microsoft has informed us that they will not update this as mainstream support for CRM 2011 has been terminated for over two years now. CRM 2011 does not work on any of the latest browsers.
