Thanks for your comment on this- I did omit to mention the floor SEEMS sound,
though I'm only guessing. I felt no sponginess, where I walked, and I'm heavy
enough. There are some aspects of this that will be a crap shoot, and take what I
get. I am looking for something of a project, (I may eat those words) My
experience working on the Safari has me primed.
I HAVE checked your web site several times in the past - it is excellent and a
good example of how well a restoration can be done. I don't anticipate restoring
this to the max, just getting it usable & comfortable. Thanks again! J. potter
