By the last "Homecomming", do you mean an International Rally of WBCCI? If
so, realize that you are talking about nearly 2000 trailers/motorhomes.
There is no way that we would get that kind of a turnout! I would think that
we could find a campground suitable for us without too much digging.
Environmental reasons...I suspect that WBCCI wanted to let everyone dump
their washwater (gray water) onto the ground. A big no no in Ohio. I believe
that the main problem lies with the Ohio EPA since in North Dakota we were
given permission to dump this summer at International. At the '99
International in Dayton, OH we were not allowed to drain onto the ground.
The club had to purchase miles and miles of PVC drain piping to route
washwater from the trailers to the sanitary sewers!
