Jim, My recent experience was that you can call WBCCI HQ and tell them you are sending in your completed application to rejoin. Kathy pulled my file and asked me if I wanted to keep my original numbers probably assuming I still had the numbers on the end caps. I understand that WBCCI will issue you a new, probably low 4 digit number unless you want to regain your original numbers.
