a question for the masses
as i'm about to pull my roots from missouri and head to vegas i am
wondering about the preferred place to haul the motorcycle, if anyone has
done this (motorcycle - 350#, airstream 1963 24 foot single axle).
option one: load inside and center over the single axle.
option two: extend the frame a bit and weld a piece of channel between
the extensions (loaded where many have the bumper mounted spare)(i would
compensate for the weight by loading tools and such in the nose, using a
scale to get the tongue weight correct).
any thoughts or suggestions?
