It's the bulb seal weather-stripping that mounts in the window frame that is needed.
I'll send you a sample.
The glass retainer strip is still available from Hehr (for now).
The other high use item is the openers/lifters (the pot metal guts strip out easily).
Blaine Window Hardware makes a replacement on a custom order basis. Might be something
worth looking into. Will send the details & paperwork along with the seal.
