You know, I hate to be a wet towel but Kris and I spent a few days at Colorado
Springs in early August about three years back and every afternoon a teriffic
monsoon rain came up. It got to be a real dread. I don't know if this place you're
suggesting has the same summer weather as Colorado Springs, but if it does, I
personally think it's a real detriment and perhaps another site should be
considered. dp
