Two things, the weather depends on the year.  Often in these parts we'll 
have a whole month with the weather you're describing and then it won't 
happen again for another ten years (in summer of course).  So, we'll kind 
of have to take our chances, but as with many mountainous areas, afternoon 
rain is a possibility.

Secondly, I don't mind Woodland Park, I just got busy and didn't manage to 
reply.  Sorry.
