I found this site yesterday while looking for something else:

They sell a kit to convert your Getrag to the NV4500 transmission,
including a brand-new trans, for $2600.00. It sounds like you could do a
bit better if you accepted a reman'd trans, and you must get the
driveshaft shortened for the new transmission.
