I was blasted by a couple of you for my daughter's message and my reply last
night. She just joined the list and replied to a message I sent, not
knowing she was replying on list. It was late and I was tired last night
when I read her posting and replied on list, not noticing that I was
replying to her on list.
My apologies to list members for sending commercial messages on the list.
It was unintended.
My daughter stores her trailer at a repair service on a lake. The owner
deals primarily in boats. The owner has purchased two badly wrecked
Airstreams that were declared total losses by the insurance companies and
sold for salvage. She has purchased several parts for her old trailer, a
couple for mine, and a couple more for a list member. The boat service
owner is not on the internet, doesn't advertise, is not visible in the RV
industry, and apparently doesn't want to be bothered with packaging and
shipping but has a few old A/S parts available.
