Roger, assuming that your FC is also a '55 (I was not following this whole
thread) any full-sized car or truck of that era should be able to handle it.
Back then the tow vehicle of choice was just about any full sized car. My
grandfather got into Airstreams around '55. He ALWAYS towed with a
full-sized Chrysler. Just beware that it may not live up to today's modern
expectations.
